A couple months ago I bought a beige button-front cable cardigan. I've been wearing it almost everywhere I go--kind of a convenient comfort blanket that keeps me warm. Due to it becoming fuzzier and more warn, I'm starting to think of it as my Chewbacca sweater.

I wear my sweaters out quickly too. This last one though didn't last more than two weeks, so it's going back to the store tommorow.
I've had the same black sweater for four years now. It's a gramma sweater. But it keeps me warm and it's comfy as heck!
Wow, good for you for being able to make a sweater last.
I have one dingy cream sweater that I've had for almost four years. It isn't very warm and it isn't pretty, but as my last three sweaters have fallen apart I'm making due with this one.
Unfortunately most of the sweaters in the store this year are incredibly icky - so it's hard to find a replacement.
