To mail something. It's really a struggle for me to remember to put something in the mail. I have a package I've been trying to mail for three months. I have several other packages I've given up on because it's been over a year.
dude, I was totally going to say names too. I'm terrible...someone will introduce themself to me, we'll chat for a few minutes, and then I'll realize that I don't remember their name. You'd think I could at least remember it til the end of the conversation...
I want to be like a tree. I want my life to be deeply rooted in a relationship with God and in His Truth. I want to let the Holy Spirit's breeze move my branches. Right now I am just a little tree, but I hope to grow. This is my education.

Names.
it takes me forever to learn a person's name.
What don't I forget should be the question. Maybe it's not so much that I am forgetful as it is I am easily distracted ;)
I guess #1 on my list would be where I left something, i.e. my keys!
